My only annoyance with this purchase is all the pictures shown before you buy it show a heart next to the picture frame. When I contacted customer service because mine came with no heart I was told I had to put some special characters to show I wanted the heart. Why show a heart in every picture if it's an option then? The picture frame does not look the best without the heart but I'm not paying to have it re-shipped. Bummed this was hidden in the declaration area.
